At Eagle Gymnastics, we are your go-to destination for creativity and athleticism at our gymnastics facility. As a licensed and locally owned establishment, we take great pride in offering a wide range of classes to cater to you and or your child's unique interests and needs. With our highly trained staff boasting over 30 years of experience, you can trust that your child's gymnastics journey is in the best hands possible. We offer the following classes for your children:

Creative Play 

Spark your child's imagination with our creative play. Our facility is opened to help spark your child's creative exploration. Through fun and engaging activities, your child will develop motor skills, flexibility, and spatial awareness while embracing their creativity. It's the perfect balance of play and skill-building, fostering a lifelong love for physical activity.   Parents are required to be out in facility with children at all times.  This is an open gym time for all ages.

We are adding on an extra 15 minutes of play time!  Still the same price!

Tuesdays 10am-11:15am

Fridays 11:00am-12:15pm

NO CREATIVE PLAY WEEK OF FEBRUARY 17TH!

WE WILL BE HOSTING A DAY CAMP FOR WITNER BREAK!

Open Workouts

Calling all young gymnasts and athletes! Our open workouts provide the ideal setting for your child to practice and refine their gymnastics skills. Under the watchful eye of our experienced instructors, they'll have the freedom to work on their favorite routines and receive guidance to improve their techniques. It's an excellent opportunity to hone their abilities, build confidence, and set new personal records.

Friday's 6:30pm-7:45PM

Open Workout

Members $10.00 ($10.30 Venmo)

Non-Members $15.00 ($15.40 Venmo)

$5 for siblings

Ages 6+

Open workout is for athletes looking to practice skills needed for classes, routines, & tumbling for cheerleading. 

This is not a Free Time of playing tag with a friend, running from piece of equipment to equipment or tossing around balls.

We have athletes who take this hour Open Workout seriously and we do not want any participants to get injured due to not following Open Workout rules.

We also have our competitive team training at the same time. Our Team Coaches will share equipment as much as possible, however, Team will have priority.

We encourage members to bring in friends who are not members to share their joy of gymnastics and try out our equipment and have a fun time! 

Please be respectful of each other, the facility & Coaches. 

Open Workout athletes who do not abide by Eagle Gymnastics Open Workout Standards, will be given a warning, a time out & then asked to wait in the lobby until a parent/guardian arrives for pickup. If the Open Workout athlete gets to the lobby, a Coach will talk to a parent about behavior. If this occurs a total of two times, the Open Workout athlete will no longer be allowed to participate in Open Workout.

Our priority is safety. 

We thank you for following the Open Workout rules, so that we can continue to run it, along with opening it up to non-members as well.

Private Lessons

For those seeking personalized attention and accelerated progress, our private lessons are the perfect fit. Our licensed instructors will tailor the instruction to suit your children's specific goals and abilities, ensuring rapid improvement and a deeper understanding of gymnastics principles. Whether they are beginners or seasoned gymnasts, our private lessons are designed to maximize their potential.

Personal/Small Group Strength Training Programs

Looking to get fit in a unique, fun environment?! Coach Mark will set up days/times that fit your schedule to get your workouts in! All ages accepted!

Cost for Single Scheduled Training Session

$30.00/half hour

$35.00/ hour with a partner

Cost for 8 Week Sessions

*$320.00 1x per week/8-week Session (1 person)

*240.00 1x per week/8-week Session (2 or more people in group-max 6 in a group)

Eagle Gymnastics Private Lesson Cancellation Policy

Please give a 12-hour notice to your Coach if you need to cancel a private lesson. 

There will be a 50% cancellation fee of the private lesson if under. There will be a 100% cancellation fee if there is a no show.

Staff who need to cancel/reschedule Private lessons will take a cut of 50% if lessons are cancelled/rescheduled after 12 hours prior to lesson. 

A free lesson will be given if a member of staff needs to cancel and cannot find a substitute for the lesson cancelled at the last minute.
